We accept written purchase orders, or verbal or written orders via email to process. We require details such as the complete ship to and bill to details, ship to attention details, how payment will be made, and any special instructions regarding the order. We generally ship using postal services, or FedEx or UPS, or on your carrier account. Prices are in Canadian funds or in U.S. funds depending on the ship to address. All applicable taxes and duties are extra. For U.S. customers, we require the agency's Federal Tax ID number.

We accept payments via cheque, credit card (MasterCard and VISA only) or direct deposit. For credit card payments, we will charge a 2.4% credit card processing fee. For direct deposit, contact us for the details. We can accept direct deposits for payments both in Canada and in the U.S. and elsewhere. Our general payment terms are payment in full must be RECEIVED 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless stated otherwise, in the currency shown on the invoice. Late payment fees will apply at the rate of 1.5% calculated daily.
